Each exercise lasts 45 seconds, after which you'll have 15 seconds to switch exercises. If the break is too long for you... no problem! Just make it shorter for yourself :-) The great thing is that there are no jumps or anything like that. So if you have problems with your knees (or your neighbors), the barre workout is a good alternative for you. So, let's get started. Take off your socks, lay down your mat, let's go!
