(add more if you want very spicy!) -5 cloves garlic, chopped. -1 1/4 cup vinegar or lemon juice. -1 Tbsp salt (any kind without indine). -1 Tbsp honey or sugar. -3 Tbsp cilantro, chopped. -Pepper (to taste). -You can also add banana or bell peppers. -To make thicker-add tomato paste (optional). *DIRECTIONS: -Combine all ingredients in pot, simmer 30 minutes (puree optional). -Fil Sterile jars, leave 1/2 inch headspace. -Waterbath can - Quarts - 40 minutes, pints -35 minutes. (OR) -Pressure can - Quarts and pints both = 15 minutes @ 10pounds pressure (adjust pressure based on elevation). -Enjoy! #salsa #homemade #canning #howtomake #homestead
