No land, no problem we have returned from Pichonierre valley farm whe we spent the last 2 years helping a French family run farm to convert to Regenerative Farming. An opportunity has come up in The Witcombe Area in the UK for me to become a tenant Farmer. Leasing a farm yard and 3 fields as a start. I have taken a £200000 loan to get going and it is going to be tight. There is a matter of urgency as the farm has animals on it and the council is keen to shift the responsibility on to some one else for their upkeep, which means we have been given a good deal on the rent. Problem is we do not know the condition of the animals. We have very little in the way of equipment so will have to manage that. Also there are certain restriction place on us by the council "Red Tape" so we are going to have to manage that as well.
