After several rainy days, the sun finally came out for a little while, so I spent a slow afternoon grocery shopping, taking care of my new houseplants, and making a salmon and avocado poke bowl. Recently, I’ve replaced fresh flowers with houseplants. Watching them grow little by little has become one of my favorite parts of each day.
