The story begins in a high school in a small town on the Aegean coast. The place where their paths will separate and then meet again years later is the roof of the best hospital in Istanbul. Young neurosurgeon Eylül, while dealing with a group of thugs who have invaded the hospital’s emergency room, tells us her story that began years earlier. She has changed schools several times, she is a rebellious girl whose teachers did not want to deal with. Even when her father beat her after she was expelled from her last school, she didn't shed a tear. But that day her life would change completely. The prayer of her grandmother, who runs a small guesthouse in Marmaris and opens her home to her, would bring about a true miracle. "If only you had a good teacher who would show you the right path..." And she does get one. No one knows why Ali Asaf Denizoğlu, a successful doctor, left Istanbul to teach at a school in a small town. But he is an extraordinary man who can change people's lives with a single touch. It is with this ability that he will save Eylül from the brink of the abyss and help her become a successful surgeon. However, he realizes too late the special feelings he has for her and lets her go. The two lovers, no matter how hard they try to deny it - because Eylül has also fallen in love with Ali Asaf - separate, and years later they meet again as doctors. This is the story of a girl who started life defeated, with nothing but her own anger, and who defies fate as a surgeon. It is also the story of a man who gives her the courage to believe in herself.
