Living Off-Grid: Weaving Bamboo Chicken Cages, Selling My Roosters & Foraging Wild Bamboo Shoots
In today's off-grid adventure, I spend the day weaving traditional bamboo chicken cages by hand using natural bamboo harvested from the forest. After finishing the cages, I harvest my free-range roosters and take them to the local market. Returning to my mountain farm, I prepare a simple homemade meal before heading back into the forest to forage fresh wild bamboo shoots for long-term storage. This video shares a peaceful day of self-sufficient living, traditional bamboo craftsmanship, sustainable farming, and wild food foraging deep in the mountains. If you enjoy authentic rural life, homesteading, and living close to nature, I hope you'll enjoy following my journey. Thank you for watching and supporting my channel.
