Hudson River "Skyline Route" - Danbury, CT (KDXR) to Winchester, VA (KOKV)

(Part 2 of 2) Join us as we transition the Hudson River Corridor “Skyline Route” en route to Winchester, Virginia. Departing Danbury we connect with New York Approach and receive approval to transition the Bravo Airspace. We pick-up the Hudson River near the Tappan Zee and follow it south past New York City to the Atlantic Ocean at the Verrazzano-Narrows. From there we continue down the Jersey Shore until we’re able to pick up a pop-up IFR Clearance to Winchester. This is flight #2 in a two-part series.
