Ho fatto un SUBWOOFER ECONOMICO e compatto che scende a 40 Hz, FAI DA TE !!
I made a cheap and compact DIY subwoofer that goes down to 40 Hz! After trying three different enclosures and redoing the reflex port at least four times, I finally came up with the OMBRA project, a nice little subwoofer with great specs. This subwoofer is designed to fill the lower frequency range with minimal footprint; it features a 6.5" cone. Performance is excellent, and distortion remains low in standard applications as well as at slightly higher volumes. Having a passive subwoofer allows you to clear the room of deeper resonances at any time, turning it off if and when needed. The front reflex port allows the subwoofer to be positioned even close to the wall, keeping it virtually undetected in the room. The low-frequency response reaches 40 Hz and remains usable (theoretically) down to 600 Hz. The recommended cutoff is between 80 and 200 Hz. The high sensitivity allows for a wide dynamic range with a maximum of 100 dBSPL at 1 meter (a value excessive for any ear). The kit provided by Axiomedia includes everything needed for the setup: the speaker, the cable, the sound absorber, and the tray for exposed wire; all that's missing is the wood, which you'll have to work on your own. 00:00 Intro 00:43 Look at the view 02:47 The Box 06:00 The Box...
