For months and months I was on a journey to find me a car, and on that journey I learned many MANY things.. every dealership I went to were ALL jackasses and would reel you in and tell you all good things, but when it came down to negotiations and "the fiance guy" it all went straight to hell. Add ons ++++ a bunch of bull shit, plain and simple!. And on TOP OF ALL THAT they couldn't resist telling you what you want to hear. And couldn't resist the ole bait and switch. For 6 months or longer I dealt with nothing but these sharks. They do not care about you as a person or customer, all they care about is how much money they can make off of you. I kept hearing about Carvana and after doing my research, and feeling like an emotional wreck from the car searching experience. I decided to give it a go. You put your information in and run through the process, with your credit. And select the car you want, scroll down and it will give you *REAL NUMBERS* if you are financing just select that option and it will tell you how exactly how much you need to put down. No add ons, no doc fees...etc. And the customer service agents will help you through the process, even if there is a long wait time on the phone, it gives you the option for them to call you back. And they do every single time(so you don't have to wait 5, 15, 30mins depending on the call volume). And if you are outside the market for them to deliver for you, you can set up something, to meet them half way(like I did) or you can pay the fee. Once you get done with the process of setting everything up, and have your car.. they give you 7 days with the car, and if you don't like it. They'll give you your money back with no questions asked. So, if you are on a journey and are looking for a car, I'll save you the headache and try Carvana out. I"m not being paid or nothing. I'm posting this on my own. Carvana made my dreams come true and I haven't been this happy in years!!! It feels so surreal. And out of all those cars I driven from months and months of looking. The car I bought is the most beautiful and drives so damn well. And the amazing thing about Carvana is that all of the vehicles they sell are accident free!!!. Btw, I even tried Carmax but the ones I dealt with here in Shreveport were nothing but rude and condescending. The traditional days of buying a car is dying because of those "old school" salesman. Now, I'm not saying all of them are bad, but every single one that I dealt with here in Shreveport, Bossier, Dallas, Tyler Tx, were nothing but assholes.
