🚲 The hidden traffic-free way to cycle from Hayes to Hillingdon

You can cycle from Hayes in far west London to Hillingdon entirely on quiet streets and protected cycle lanes. The route is 10.3km long (6.45 miles) and makes use of cycle lanes in Hayes town centre, as well as an extensive network of segregated cycle paths along The Parkway. It also uses shared paths along the A40 and Ruislip Road. The journey takes around 35 minutes to ride, which is a bit quicker than using public transport to get between these two places.
