Neighbor Is a Nuisance

The plaintiff says her neighbor, the defendant, has called the police on several occasions for no reason. She suspects he broke her car windows and shot at her vehicle with a BB gun, so she’s suing for car damages and harassment. The defendant claims the plaintiff is the one who damaged his car.
