The Adventures of Saturnin is a French television series consisting of 78 episodes of 14 minutes each, created by Jean Tourane, produced by Maintenon Films, and broadcast from 1965 to 1970 on the first channel of the ORTF (French Radio and Television Broadcasting Office). This series follows the adventures of a temperamental duck, Saturnin, and his companions (the police dog, the foxes, the marmots, the cat, the goat, Professor Popof, the guinea pig, Jeannot Lapin, Dame Belette...) in their village where the animals know how to, for example, drive cars, eat at a table, live comfortably, garden, and even ski. Saturnin is also a secret agent who foils, among other things, the plans of a weasel and a ferret.
