Cañete de las Torres ha vivido una jornada histórica con el regreso de María Santísima del Campo Coronada a su ermita de Madre de Dios tras culminar un minucioso proceso de restauración. La imagen ha sido recibida por cientos de fieles en una misa de acción de gracias y un solemne besamanos. La intervención ha permitido recuperar la policromía original de la talla, gracias al trabajo de los restauradores Marina Ruiz y José Carlos Rubio y al respaldo de la Diputación de Córdoba y el Ayuntamiento.
