Dead by Daylight: Buffed Doctor feels so much STRONGER now!

I can't lie the first run of buffs were a nothing burger for Doctor, but combined with the second round of buffs and he feels a lot more consistent now. He still really suffers from pre dropping pallets but the reduced shock delay makes him far better at looping.
