What started as a simple favor quickly turned into a full-blown cheesecake emergency when we received a last-minute request to pick up a custom cheesecake from Chattanooga, Tennessee… and somehow deliver it safely across Georgia and into Hamilton, Alabama in time for our granddaughter’s graduation dinner celebration. Sounds easy enough, right? Not exactly. Between stormy weather, slow-moving traffic, conflicting directions from Siri and Garmin, and trying to maneuver this massive Newell motorcoach through a crowded shopping mall, things got stressful in a hurry. And to make matters worse… by the time we finally picked up the cheesecake, we were starving. Will the cheesecake survive the trip? Will we make it to Alabama on time? And which GPS was actually right?
