ST ANDREWS STATE PARK: EXPLORING AND CAMPING- DEC 2025

In this video we show the beauty of St. Andrews State Park in Panama City Beach, Florida in mid December 2025. The water was so clear the ripples in the sandy bottom were visible from the end of the Gulf pier. Deer wandered to the edge of our campsite and the weather was perfect for a fire in the Solo stove. We have learned to look up when walking the nature trail by the bay where tall, bare pine trees—storm-scarred remnants of Hurricane Michael—are now used by bald eagles as prime perching spots.We got lucky and one was majestically sitting on the tall perch as we walked along the wooded path. We have been camping in this park for nearly 30 years because of the diverse landscape offering beautiful beaches and wooded pathways with a wide variety of wildlife, including shoreline birds, deer and gators.
