Love, independence, and the in-between phases

This episode was so fun to produce since I got to sit down with one of my closest friends, Kirsten. She’s seen me through so many different phases of my life, and I honestly don’t know what I’d do without her. She’s the kind of friend who keeps me grounded, calls me out when I need it, but never once makes me feel like she’s against me. Today we talked about growing up and how it quietly shapes the way we love, react, and become independent. It might be a little messy and heavily opinion based but we hope this ep make you feel seen, understood, or at the very least, entertained.
