In this first episode of our three-part adventure, we journey to the wild and remote waters of Cape York—the northernmost tip of Australia. Surrounded by breathtaking scenery, we waste no time diving into the action. The fishing here is nothing short of incredible, with coral trout smashing surface lures and Gil landing a huge tusk fish while spearfishing. Our adventure takes us to a secluded tropical island, where the pristine beauty of the north truly comes alive. Back at our beach camp, nestled among swaying palm trees, we turn our fresh catch into an unforgettable feast. From smoking Spanish mackerel over an open fire to serving up tusk fish on a palm leaf with stunning ocean views, this is what living off the land (and sea) is all about.
