Last week, we grabbed our backpacks and went to explore this town. It's truly an excellent option if you want to get away from Lima. You won't spend more than 30 soles. Yes, friends, no kidding! From there, buses (4 soles) or colectivos (6 soles) will take you to the town. The journey takes approximately 1 hour. ➡️WHERE TO STAY? Callahuanca offers accommodations starting at 25 soles per night, and some hotels overlook the custard apple plantations and the Santa Eulalia River. But if you want to spend more, there are rooms for 60 soles per night that include a pool. ➡️WHAT TO EAT? You can find a menu starting at 5 soles, or if you want something more traditional, there are typical dishes for 15 soles. There, you can find seafood starting at 15 soles. ➡️TOURIST PLACES They have viewpoints, a waterfall 10 minutes from town, and a lagoon. They have trout farms.
