Alien: Resurrection - Any% in 2:10:01 (World Record)💙💛

Played on Duckstation Emulator with Mouse and Keyboard on Easy Difficulty. This seems to be the first somewhat proper speedrun of the game which is quite shocking considering how long it has been out and how good the game is. While I didn't spend many hours running, the preparation to get to the 'running' took more than 40h, learning the game and making the route. I think the route is ok for now, but can be improved by picking up less meds, less ammo and skipping more enemies. Although it is already quite tight here and there. Shoutout to ‪@PingasFunbox‬ whose playthrough-video helped with routing. I don't think Sub 2 hours is possible with current strategies. -- Watch live at   / cimp
