Machined Silent Cap

Here's a video that demonstrates how to silver braze a machined silent damper cap. I did not make (mostly) this silent damper cap. The builder requested my advice on building silent damper caps and used my specs and techniques to make what you see here. I helped the machinist of the cap with the specs and tolerances to get their design to this point based on my experiences designing and building silent damper caps. I did the brazing work shown in the video to assist that machinist who requested some advice on brazing. That individual made some caps for himself but chose not to make any for the general public.
