Written by Mick Jagger and Keith Richards, it was named as the 100th greatest song of all time by Rolling Stone in its 2004 list of "500 Greatest Songs of All Time." In a 2003 interview, Mick Jagger said he had an "idea of having a choir, probably a gospel choir, on the track, but there wasn't one around at that point. Jack Nitzsche, or somebody, said that we could get the London Bach Choir and we said, 'That will be a laugh.'" Scala performs this on a "De Laatste Show" - a late night talk show in Belgium similar to those in the United States. The singer is Patrick Riguelle, leader of the "De Laatste Showband." It's rare to see a live Scala performance in their "street" clothes.
