MARYLAND: Property disclosure Form| Brokerage Relationships |ETHICS |PSI Maryland Real Estate Exam

In Maryland, any seller selling a RESIDENTIAL property will need to provide the MARYLAND RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY DISCLOSURE AND DISCLAIMER STATEMENT, even if they do not hire a real estate agent and are selling it as a FSBO (For sale by owner). There are exemptions in terms of which sellers do not need to fill out the form. The video reviews the Maryland Residential Property condition statement.
