CAÑÓN DEL APURÍMAC!!! ENTRE CHOQUEQUIRAO Y CAPULIYOC.

We reached the third day of this wonderful adventure, and it was time to continue hiking the last stretch of the route, emerging from the depths of the canyon to reach the Capuliyoc Pass. The path is simply breathtaking; from almost the riverbank, you can appreciate the snow-capped peaks of the mountain range. If it's a day like the one we had this time, the landscapes are simply stunning. Returning to Choquequirao will always be a new adventure. The contrast of the landscapes changes throughout the year. I still need to return during the rainy season, and it's very likely I will. I'd love to see the Apurímac River at its highest flow.
