This artwork was a bespoke tool case for my leather cutting knife (Vergez Blanchard) Made out of so-called "Barenia" calfskin which is really famous by the Hermes brand. All of the leathers that are used and the way of making this luxurious leatherwork are the same as the French luxury leather brands. No cheap fabrics were used and no bare flesh sides have remained on the backside. All of the parts are fully leather-lined and it is not an easy process to achieve the linear slim thickness between several layers of leather. This is one of the reasons that French luxury leather goods are expensive.
