How to handle it when your crush is in a relationship with someone new

I know it hurts, but you have to distance yourself from both of them for a little while. Because if you don't, you will find yourself interacting with the two of them and it will make things worse..and more difficult to get over. Instead, try to focus your energy in a new direction, and then say, three months from now when you can look at the relationship more objectively, then, you can start talking to the two of them. Because at that point, you will have moved on and it won't matter anymore.
