I decided to make a medieval-style witch dress with a tulle skirt and velvet top. The base of the skirt is cotton, flared, and has a back zipper opening. Over it, layers of tulle are gathered at the waist with small pleats or pleats. The bodice is simple with a round neckline and long, flowing sleeves. To modify the sleeve pattern, I moved the seam and lengthened it, leaving the top part short to allow for hand movement. This is achieved by centering the measurement of half the wrist on the center line of the original sleeve. And as a finishing touch, you can add a belt or embroidered waistband—and it's truly stunning!
