We know the owner well, and him and his wife are fantastic people. #Krabi #Thailand #veganfood Anyway, P’Joke started making curry paste to package and sell, and I love his curry paste - mainly for two reasons - it’s all natural with no preservatives, and there’s no shrimp paste added yet. Normally Southern Thei curries always include shrimp paste. So their curry pastes are perfect for eating and cooking Thai vegan or vegetarian food. P’Joke’s Mother made a couple dishes for us. The highlight was the coconut milk curry, which was insanely thick and rich and creamy, and incredibly flavorful.
