Is Luigi's Mansion 2 Bad?

The Luigi's Mansion series has been around for quite a while, and while people often fondly remember and discuss the first and third games, one entry in the series for the longest time went undiscussed and was barely brought up, Luigi's Mansion 2, and because of the recent release of the Switch port Luigi's Mansion 2 HD, I decided to finally go back and fully play through this game to see if it is was actually good.
