Motivation For Secondary School Students - How To Win The Egg & Spoon Race
There has never been a better time with so many opportunities for people to pursue incredible careers, building amazing businesses and create wonderful lives for themselves. But there's a big gap between what people, DREAM about, what they TALK about and what people actually DO. Personally, I worry for young people leaving secondary school who may have great dreams, but who perhaps don't appreciate the level of effort required to smash it out of the park and to claim everything they want. So I've made a commitment to reach out to secondary school students to hopefully motivate and inspire them to crank their game up and to run for their own finish line with everything they have. Here's a snippet of a talk I gave today at The Hayfield School in Doncaster, where I was teaching A-level Business Students how to win the egg & spoon race.
