Ep#69 All we need is the following Ingredients -2kg white rice -food color 2 packet 5 grams each (extra food color optional) -1 and 1/2 kg white sugar -5 pandan leaves (pandan flavoring substitute) -8pcs matured coconut (coconut palm) to produce 3 liters coconut milk -500ml or 2 cups for latik or toppings and -2500ml for maja (remaining) chefs note : you can change the topping using grated cheese so you can have ube keso maja another thing you can divide the recipe into half or quarter to get small quantity of the maja blanca enjoy and dont forget to like and subscribe for more watch till the end I will show you how easy to make it.
