Trying MARTABAK for the First Time... BEST Indonesian Food?

This was our first time ever trying martabak, so we found two different spots to compare and one of them was literally made inside someone’s home... We even got to watch the whole cooking process :) From crispy edges to delicious fillings, this Indonesian street food did not disappoint.
