Welcome to Newill Guitars! 🎸 This guitar was huge step for me in the world of small sized archtop building. I'll take you behind the scenes and show you, from start to finish, how this guitar came to be. This was the original Grasshopper prototype and it was an absolute pleasure building it, hope you enjoy! I selected some beautiful Khaya for the back, sides, and neck. 5A Master grade flamed maple top. And to tie it all together, African blackwood fingerboard, bridge, tailpiece and accessories.
