A friend of Melissa Wolfenbarger testified about their relationship and when it became intimate. The two worked at Waffle House in 1998. He said that he did not know Wolfenbarger was married to Christopher Wolfenbarger and that he only was her boyfriend. He described seeing bruises, marks, and scratches on Melissa.
