Bisexual men are far too often overlooked and misunderstood—both in society and, sadly, within our community itself. In this week's Ask a Therapist video, I’m busting common myths about bisexuality, addressing harmful stereotypes like the idea that being bi is just a "stopover on the way to gay" or a temporary phase, and sharing important truths about how our community can support bisexual men in their experiences. We need to talk about the marginalization of bisexual men and how those harmful assumptions affect their identity, relationships, and sense of belonging.
