How the Wolford Opinion Just Changed Everything

Yesterday we recieved the second piece of good news from the United States Supreme Court this term in the matter of Wolford v. Lopez. And while the decision its self was not unexpected, the nuggets of applicable case law littered throughout the majority opinion is what is most exciting.
