Inside Agilian Part 3. Advanced Production & Automation

In Part 3 of our Agilian factory tour, we move to the fifth floor to show another production area designed for larger or longer production runs, including straight assembly lines, conveyor capability, fume extraction for manual soldering, and a roller-based production line for larger products. You’ll also see Agilian’s finished goods storage area, an anechoic chamber used for sound testing and earbud tuning, and the outgoing quality control department where products are checked before shipment. Each product has its own inspection criteria, with checks covering areas such as packing, surface finish, critical dimensions, and customer-specific requirements. --- Agilian helps customers manufacture complex electronic and mechanical products with stronger process control, better production visibility, and practical engineering support from prototype through to mass production.
