2018 New Flyer XN60 #1008 on the Bx12 Select Bus Service at Fordham Road and Jerome Avenue

Taken 6/22/18. In yet another very SURPRISING turn of events, the XN60s that were supposed to go to the Bx6 SBS have ended up on the Bx12 SBS and thus have officially entered service. These will be running on the Bx12 SBS for the time being as rush hour trips from West Farms, as well as the Bx15, Bx19, and Bx36. Keep in mind that Gun Hill will NOT be getting these, as they cannot maintain CNG buses. The union is currently fighting against putting these on the Bx6 SBS with complants that turns on the route are too tight for the XN60s to travel through, and that these buses will create more traffic problems along the route as well. The XN60s are supposed to go to West Farms for the Bx6 SBS, Bx15, Bx19, and Bx36, and to Jackie Gleason for the B35. Any other routes beyond these are rumors and are currently unconfirmed.
