Valdesoto ya es Pueblo Ejemplar de Asturias: Los Sidros y Comedies conquistan a la Familia Real

The parish of Valdesoto, in the Asturian municipality of Siero, is now an exemplary community. With the presentation of this award, the King and Queen, Princess Leonor, and Infanta Sofía have recognized Valdesoto as the Exemplary Village of Asturias 2025. Speaking at the ceremony, Princess Leonor paid tribute to the life and heritage of the village. In fact, the Royal Family was able to experience some of these customs firsthand. After a warm welcome from the crowds, the King and Queen and their daughters watched several theatrical performances, regional dances, and demonstrations of daily life in the village, even participating in some of them.
