Curtain Call with David Spatz - Guest: Frank Sinatra Jr.
This 1996 interview with Frank Sinatra Jr. is our first of two TV interviews with him. He had just released his critically acclaimed CD "As I Remember It" and a decade long run of conducting his father's band. Frank Jr. had a unique personality and was always a fascinating interview. His love and knowledge of music, history and technology was as rich and deep as any professor but you can always see him struggling with his lack of ability to be as charismatic as his father (something he admitted to us in a later radio interview). However what is undeniable was his love and dedication to his father and his music.
