Transforming lives: The story of the Magdi Yacoub Global Heart Foundation and the Aswan Heart Center
In a world where compassion and care know no borders, the Magdi Yacoub Global Heart Foundation (MYGHF), is transforming lives through the power of healing hearts. MYGHF, a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization in the United States, provides crucial support to the Aswan Heart Centre. The center is a beacon of hope, with a team of over 800 deeply committed and expertly trained healthcare providers and researchers. They have successfully conducted over 300,000 outpatient consultations and performed 35,000 heart procedures, all without any cost to the patients. The demand for heartcare in the region remains huge, and that's why we're expanding our impact and offering support for the establishment of the Magdi Yacoub Global Heart Center in Cairo, scheduled to commence operations in 2025.
