Let's visit Mahera Zamindar House, Tangail i Mahera Zamindar House is one of the few historical establishments located in Mirzapur, Tangail district, Bangladesh. The Zamindar House was established in the 1890s on the model of the city of Cordoba in Spain. An initiative was taken to establish this Zamindar House as a Police Training School (1972). And the Police Training School was upgraded to a Police Training Center (1990). In front of this Zamindar House, there is a huge pond called 'Bishakha Sagar' before the entrance and there are 2 picturesque gates to enter the house. In addition, there are two more ponds named Passara Pond and Rani Pond at the back of the main building and a beautiful flower garden for decoration. On the south side adjacent to Bishakha Sagar, there is a huge Amra Kanan and three large main buildings along with the Naib Saheb's house, Kachari House, Gomstad's house, pond and three more lodges.
