Then mix the corn flour, water, sugar and oil in a bowl. Then, take a saucepan and make the caramel by baking the 200 g of sugar over medium heat. When the sugar turns dark, add the mixture with the corn flour. We add our mixture carefully because it can swell! Then, stir over medium heat until our mixture is smooth and sticky. In the process, we also incorporate the almonds.
