CALIFORNIA ROLL (8 pieces) INGREDIENTS 100 gr Sushi rice (To watch: http://bit.ly/2DjBn9f) 1 piece of Nori (sushi moss) 1/2 pieces Cucumber (finely chopped) 2 leaves Lettuce (finely chopped) 2 slices Avocado (mature) 1 tablespoon mayonnaise Tobiko (flying fish egg) or sesame DIRECTIONS 1- Cut the sushi into two halves. 2- After you wet your hand a little bit into the moss you put in the longer you will put the Eni longer, then press the top of the 50 gr pilau (1 handful) without leaving a finger space on top. 3- Then hold it from the top and turn it against yourself. 4 - Put a little mayonnaise on top of the top, cucumber, lettuce and avocado wrap and wrap. 5- Cover with Tobiko (flying fish egg) and cut into 6 pieces and serve. (If you do not find flying fish eggs, you can also cover with sesame seeds.) 6 - Do the same process to the other. SAKE NIGIRI (2 pieces) İNGREDİENTS 50 gr Sushi rice (To watch: http://bit.ly/2DjBn9f) 40 gr Salmon fillet (wrapped in paper towel for at least 2 hours and stored in refrigerator) Wasabi (optional) DİRECTİONS 1- Slice the salmon into leaves. 2- Squeeze the 25 gr sushi rice into a cylinder in your pouch. 3- Place a salmon filet and serve. SUZUKI NIGIRI (2 pieces) İNGREDİENTS 50 gr Sushi rice (To watch: http://bit.ly/2DjBn9f) 40 gr Sea bass fillet (washed with cold water and dried with paper towel) Wasabi (optional) DİRECTİONS 1- Slice the leaf into leaves. 2- Squeeze the 25 gr sushi rice into a cylinder in your pouch. 3- Place a sea bass filet and serve.
