Are you curious about what a shopping mall in Japan looks like? Look no further! This video is a full tour of the LaLaport shopping mall in Shin-Misato, Saitama prefecture. It's a very big and nice shopping mall that has some outdoor and indoor sections. There are about 180 businesses located inside of this mall. IKEA and Costco are next door. LaLaport is owned and operated by Mitsui Fudosan Commercial Management Co. They operate 16 different LaLaport malls around Japan, the biggest (and flagship mall) being the LaLaport Tokyo-Bay in Funabashi, Chiba prefecture. LaLaport Shin-Misato was opened in September 2009.
