Coding: By a kid, for kids | Krish Mehra | TEDxKentState

In the past 50 years, we have gone from using computers that filled full air-conditioned rooms, to having tablets that fit in the palms of our hands. Advances in hardware and software have led to this revolutionary innovation in technology. Krish wants to share the importance of kids learning to program, to fuel the next wave of innovation. My name is Krish Mehra, and I am 11 years old and I am in sixth grade. When I was eight years old, I became interested in coding. Since then, I taught myself multiple coding languages including HTML, Java, Python and Swift. This has lead me to create two apps that have been published on the iOS App Store.
