If you're struggling with self-doubt, low self-worth, or anxiety, this little session is here for you; perfect on the days when your inner critic is a little too loud and unkind. You don't need to know anything about art to do this with me. All you need are two colors of paint, watercolor paper, a brush, water, and a willingness to sit with yourself for a little while.
