These Mustang Heater Hoses Can Leave You Stranded
The older Mustangs (96-04) have at least 1 of those hoses with the plastic quick connect. The cars are at least 2 decades old or nearing it. If you still have the factory heater hose with the plastic quick disconnect, it would be a good idea to do some preventative maintenance, or travel with replacement hoses. The HPS heater hoses shown are for the (01 to 04 V6). Even the S197 (2005-2014) have the plastic quick disconnect but these aren't that old......yet.
