Fresh, delicious, easy to prepare Turkish Bulgur Salad Recipe; KISIR 😋🥗🇹🇷
1)Prepare one cup of light bulgur wheat and cover with 3/4 cup hot water. Leave for at least 30 mins whilst you prepare everything else. 2) Chop up all salad ingredients ready; lettuce, rocket, tomato, cucumber, beetroot, radish, grated carrot, fresh mint and Parsley. 3) Return to your bulgur wheat and mix it very well. 4) Add a tablespoon of pepper & tomato paste. Mix and cover all of the bulgur very well. 5) Add olive oil, lemon juice & spices of choice (sumac, black pepper, dried mint, sea salt & hot pepper spice if desired). You can also add pomegranate molasses. 6) Mix everything altogether & enjoy! Afiyet Olsun! Enjoy!
