This is the story of the Clark Field low-level Parafrag assault executed by the A-20 Havocs and B-25 Mitchells of the 312th, 317th, and 345th Bomb Groups on January 7th of 1945. In this raid to the island of Luzon during the Battle of the Philippines, American air forces essentially ended the kamikaze threat in the region with one of the most daring and unusual types of raids ever seen in the war.
